1. Navigate to the Arkefi website at www.arkefi.com/cms
2. Click on “Sign In” in the upper-right corner
3. Click on “Sign Up” to create an account
4. Enter a username, your email address and choose a strong password. Tips for creating a strong password
5. Congratulations! You’ve successfully created your Arkefi account

1. Log in to your Arkefi account
2. Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select “Manage Profile”
3. Click on “Resolve Now” below the KYC step
4. Provide your personal details in accordance with your identification document
5. Click on “Start KYC” to start the KYC verification process
6. A new page will open. Click on “Start” to proceed
7. Read and accept ComplyCube’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
8. Choose the type of document you’ll use for verification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, nationality identity card)
9. If prompted, select the issuing country of your document
10. Use your device’s camera to scan the chosen document or upload a photo if you already have one
11. Capture a selfie using your device’s camera
12. Arkefi will review the submitted information. This process may take some time. You’ll receive a notification once the verification is complete
13. Once approved, your account will be successfully KYC verified

• Ensure the personal details in your profile exactly match the information on your chosen document.
• Ensure your uploaded document is clear, legible, and not expired.
• Use well-lit conditions when taking a selfie to ensure clear face recognition.
